Barbell Foundations
Twelve weeks of full-body barbell training three days a week. Squat, bench, deadlift and press rise on a written percentage plan with a deload every fourth week.

Powerlifting Meet Prep
A twelve-week block programme for squat, bench and deadlift: accumulation, deload, intensification, realisation and a taper that ends 3 to 5 days before a meet or test day.

Strength and Power Base
Eight weeks of weekly undulating strength work (fives, fours, triples) on four days, with jump and throw primers, single-leg strength and trunk work so strength carries into sport and life.
8 weeks · 4 days a week
Dumbbell Strength
Eight weeks of three full-body dumbbell sessions. Reps climb from four to six, then the dumbbells go up; when they cannot, a slower lowering carries the progression.
