  • Desk Reset: Six Weeks

    Five 15 to 20 minute sessions a week that move the neck, upper back and hips through full range and strengthen the upper back. Built around daily sitting breaks.

    6 weeks · 5 days a week

  • Hips and Spine Foundations

    Eight weeks, four sessions a week, building hip rotation, hip extension, adductor length and spinal segment control, then loading the new range.

    8 weeks · 4 days a week

  • Athletic Range: Eight Weeks

    Three 25 to 35 minute sessions a week of slow eccentrics, paused lengthened positions and end-range isometrics that make deep positions strong. Designed to run alongside strength or sport training.

  • Joint Health Foundations

    Eight weeks, three 20 to 35 minute sessions a week of full-range strength, floor transfers, balance, tendon isometrics and carries.
