Using the service.

• Use Phorme responsibly and follow the law.
• Do not misuse the service or try to disrupt it.

Your content.

• You keep the rights to the content you create.
• You grant Phorme the rights it needs to run the service.
• Do not post content that infringes the rights of others.

Memberships and refunds.

Memberships renew on their own until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge.

All sales are final. A membership opens Phorme's programs, coaching methods and coach content, which are our intellectual property, the moment it starts, so we don't give refunds or credit for unused time. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its own terms.
