What you can train for

Plans from HYROX

  • First Race Build

Ten weeks from regular exerciser to a composed first HYROX Open finish. Easy running builds the engine, one strength and station day teaches the standards, and one run-station day teaches you to run on tired legs.

    10 weeks · 3 days a week

  • Open Performance Block

Ten weeks for experienced Open racers chasing a faster time. Threshold running, heavy strength with sleds, weekly compromised intervals and two half-race rehearsals, then a two-week taper.

    10 weeks · 4 days a week

  • Pro Division Block

Ten weeks for racers moving to, or racing in, the Pro division. Heavy strength for Pro sleds, interval running, station strength-endurance at Pro loads, one full simulation and a two-week taper.

    10 weeks · 5 days a week

  • Doubles Race Block

Eight weeks for a Doubles pair. Team-pace running, short hard station chunks with partner-length rest, and rehearsals of your half of every station.

    8 weeks · 4 days a week

Notice what your body is telling you.

  2. 02 Organize
