Eight weeks of timed acceleration, flying sprints, sled work, and strength that feeds speed. Three build weeks, an unload, three more, then a test against week 1.

Speed and Power
Eight weeks of timed acceleration, max velocity, counted jumps and agility, each day behind a full RAMP warm-up. Three build weeks, an unload, three more, then a test.

Vertical and Broad Jump Build
Nine weeks of counted plyometrics, heavy contrast work, and strength-speed lifts to raise vertical and broad jump. Build, unload, intensify, taper, then test.
