Phorme Studio Miami
The Phorme practice, taught in person.
The feel of the room.
These pictures show the look we are building. They are not photos of the finished room.
Perceive. Organize. Explore. Create. Adapt.
Every session follows one loop. What you learn at the end shapes how you start the next one.
A physical practice. You learn to notice what your body is telling you, read what the moment needs, and respond with more skill and more choice.
The aim is not just to move better. It is to know your body well enough to choose what you do next.
01 Perceive
Notice what your body is telling you.
02 Organize
Get ready for what today asks.
03 Explore
Find the options you have.
04 Create
Do the work with intent.
05 Adapt
Learn from it. It shapes what is next.
Move
Some days you need to act. Push, commit and do the work.
Meet
Some days you need to slow down, feel and pay attention. That is training too.
What a session can hold.
These are not separate classes. They are tools. Each one trains the same loop.
- Breath and stillness
- Floor work and rolling
- Balance and locomotion
- Strength and loaded range
- Sprints, jumps and throws
- Partner work and reaction
- Games and play
The question is never only "what exercise are we doing?" It is "what is this teaching you?"
What progress means here.
- You get stronger, and better at using that strength.
- You move through more range, and know when range matters.
- You get more explosive, and learn when to hold back.
- You need less telling. You start to know what you need.
Train in the room.
Pick a class and hold your place.
No classes are on the schedule yet. Leave your number and we will text you when the first ones open.
Train with Cameron Goodson, in person.
One coach, one person, in the room. The session is built around what you need that day.
- 1Tell us what you want to work on and when you can come.
- 2We text you to set the time.
- 3You train in person. What you did shapes the next one.

The research behind it.
Research is the studio in writing: plain reads on how the body moves and learns. It is free.
The same practice on your phone.
The app follows the same loop. You check in, train the day you need, and what you did shapes what is next.
