Who are you as a person?

I move through life with intention, but I don't take myself too seriously. I value authenticity, consistency, and earning trust through action, not talk. I'm naturally competitive and driven, but I lead with self-awareness and a sense of humor, because growth doesn't have to be miserable. I care deeply about discipline, preparation, and doing things the right way. I don't chase validation; I focus on building, improving, and showing up ready. When people are around me, they usually feel challenged to raise their standard, but also comfortable, supported, and at ease.

What are you most proud of that has nothing to do with sports?

I'm most proud of finding my identity on my own terms after growing up in a small town where it's easy to feel boxed in or told who you're supposed to be. It took time to unlearn expectations, get comfortable standing out, and trust myself even when it felt uncomfortable or lonely. Learning to move through the world confidently as myself, without shrinking, explaining, or apologizing, has shaped how I show up in every area of my life.

Why did you join the Air Force?

I was fresh out of college, struggling to find a job, and searching for direction. I had always been drawn to the military, but at that point in my life it felt like the right leap, not just a backup plan. While I was in, I was trained in mental health, which completely changed how I understand people. It ended up being one of the best decisions I've ever made. The Air Force gave me structure, perspective, and lifelong friendships.

What did the Air Force teach you that still shows up in how you train?

The Air Force taught me how to stay steady under pressure and lead with intention. It ingrained discipline, preparation, and accountability in a way that still shows up every day in how I train and compete. I learned how to read people, communicate clearly, and make decisions when things aren't perfect. My mental health training taught me how mindset directly affects performance, so I don't just coach what things look like—I coach how they're felt and executed.

Describe your play style.

I'm a controlled, intentional playmaker who wins with precision, timing, and an understanding of leverage—not just raw speed. I'm known for creating separation through detail: footwork, speed, selling routes, not wasted movement. I see the field well and understand coverage, which lets me manipulate defenders instead of reacting to them. I'm reliable in high-pressure moments and consistent on contested catches.

What do you want to represent for other girls chasing this path?

I want to represent what's possible when you commit to yourself without asking for permission. That you don't have to fit a mold, look a certain way, or wait to be validated to belong at a high level. I want girls to see that confidence can be built, not gifted, and that discipline and self-belief matter more than hype. Most of all, I want to represent courage—the kind that shows up every day, does the work, and keeps choosing growth even when it's uncomfortable or lonely.

I genuinely hope they stop guessing and start playing with intention. I want them to feel more in control of their body, their routes, and their decisions instead of just running patterns and hoping something works. On the field, they'll feel cleaner and more confident—not because they're trying harder, but because their movements make sense and connect. By the end, they shouldn't just feel trained—they should feel prepared and dangerous in the best way.
